Dr. Singer is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Singer received his medical degree from the University Of Virginia School Of Medicine. He completed his surgical training at Duke University’s Department of Ophthalmology in 1994. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive surgeons, and the New Orleans Academy of Ophthalmology. He is Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology with Tulane University Medical Center. Dr. Singer is one of the most sought out LASIK surgeons in the United States and has performed over 20,000 LASIK surgeries and thousands of ocular surgeries including PRK, AK, topical clear cornea transplantation, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, retina photocoagulation and cosmetic eye lid surgery.
